Early Years
Los Temerarios got their start in 1978 when brothers Adolfo Angel and Gustavo Angel formed a group in Mexico City. The two had grown up surrounded by music and were influenced by artists like Camilo Sesto and Sandro de América. They began composing romantic ballads together and recruiting other musicians to perform with them at local venues.
First Albums

In 1982, Los Temerarios released their first album, “Los Temerarios,” establishing their signature sound of smooth romantic pop. Over the next several years they put out albums such as “Yo sin ti,” “La pesadilla,” and “Sin rumbo fijo,” gaining popularity in Mexico for songs like “Todo terminó.”
90s Peak
Los Temerarios hit new heights in the 1990s as their style of romantic music connected with audiences. Albums like “En la madrugada se fue,” “Recuerdos, sueños e ilusiones,” and “El árbol sin raíces” were huge successes. They earned their first #1 with the smash single “Sin miedo a nada.” The also began touring the United States, playing large stadiums shows to Mexican-American fans.
Recent Years

Even after 40 years, Los Temerarios remain one of Latin music’s top touring and recording acts today. In the 2000s and 2010s they have earned multiple top 10 albums and singles on the Latin charts. They continue to release new music as well as perform their classic romantic ballads in concerts around the world. They even earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2014, acknowledging their legendary status.

With their smooth harmonies and heartfelt lyrics, Los Temerarios have become global ambassadors of Latin romantic pop. They have inspired countless artists and sold over 15 million albums over their storied career. Yet through numerous personnel changes, they stick to their roots and keep making the moving pop ballads their fans love after so many years.
